It was a very good Company in terms of the working atmosphere. Friendliness, Motivations, Festival celebrations, Fun programs and Unstressful work were the hallmark of this concern till Mid of 2013.
Cons
Its completely opposite after July 2013 to till now. Employees totally unsecured of their career. Even the most experienced with proven records were and being shunted out without notice. Poor pay, long working hours, unreasonable targets, stress and never care attitude is prevalent from Managers to Management level. Now the ulterior motive of exploiting the loyal employees with an assurance for rosy career progression and making them quit by indirect means coming to the fore. Anyone who verifies or has insight into this Company can easily make out that atleast 400 employees have been made to leave unceremoniously throwing all labour laws in the air. Covering up the statutory authorities is a fine knack only this Company Management knows better.
