      Pros

      Worked at mall, Namdar Corp. had potential but they need to visit locations they own.

      Cons

      Never got a lunch, times altered by boss. The boss manipulated time punches and made it like lunches were took. Discrimination towards employees. Deleted over time and never paid. I had a great relationship w tenants and employees. The boss was so unprofessional and never paid people accurately.

      Training is good. Nice people work there and they desire improvement.

      Cons

      Job can be long hours but that is a personal choice.

      Friendly environment, No micro management, occasional lunch and breakfast provided

      Cons

      not enough benefits, management for certain department seems privileged rather than handling things and getting the job done to avoid further issues. Its a family oriented place not that this is an issue but certain people do not handle it well and don't deserve management roles.
