Pros

None. Absolutely none. Nada. Zilch. Next.

Cons

Went to an interview. Company was a complete scam. They pulled a bait and switch on me. I actually was told to get into a black SUV and go on a "field trip." Like a complete idiot, I went. We ended up going to Home Depot. I was asked to randomly walk up to someone and ask them if they wanted a new kitchen. This would be my job, they said. I COULD make tons of money and see the world and there was free pizza every week. Mmmmkay. Next. Work hours and pay was likely completely illegal. They avoided or side stepped all of my questions and concerns. This company also functions under different names which is very fishy. Overall run away. On another note, their company Facebook page is a hot mess and shows them throwing deli meat at people's faces during "team building" events. Yeah.

Pros

Work is different and fun every day. I can be loud and laugh and be myself, which is amazing. Everyone works together as a team to help each other... there's no back stabbing or climbing over for the top. Hard work is actually recognized and appreciated!

Cons

I can't think of any.. compared to the stories my friends tell me about their work, I feel pretty lucky!

Pros

You're enveloped in an extremely great network of people with similar goals as your own. Mostly, this particular job looks for those who want to open and start their own business and you start as Entry level, so that you can gain the tools required to actually become a manager: •customer service skills •face-to-face interaction •Learning how to build rapport with customers •Learning how to manage a team •Learning to build relationships with team members •Learning to overturn negatives in an out of your workspace •Growing your team and essentially learning how to delegate specific jobs and tasks for team members to build their strength and your's within the company. Yes, you are trained underneath an umbrella company Smart Circle, and you also are working with Fortune 500 companies. If you know nothing of marketing, you're taught. And if you're familiar with marketing, then it makes it easier because the business does create and encourages entrepreneurial characteristics. The office is well kept and is a great teaching environment for those who are willing to learn more about the business and how to engage with costumers well as proper etiquette with other associates. The atmosphere is quite encouraging and although, there are different teams within the office, everyone works together to get better..

Cons

The job is commission based, and the hours are very demanding, but once you're there, you get used to it. Although, the setting is quite encouraging, you're always going to have those negative guys that may try to break your spirit, because let's face it; not everyone is happy all the time. These can be minute issues depending on whether or not you're easily moved or influenced by others.
