Work is different and fun every day. I can be loud and laugh and be myself, which is amazing. Everyone works together as a team to help each other... there's no back stabbing or climbing over for the top. Hard work is actually recognized and appreciated!

I can't think of any.. compared to the stories my friends tell me about their work, I feel pretty lucky!

Yes, you are trained underneath an umbrella company Smart Circle, and you also are working with Fortune 500 companies. If you know nothing of marketing, you're taught. And if you're familiar with marketing, then it makes it easier because the business does create and encourages entrepreneurial characteristics. The office is well kept and is a great teaching environment for those who are willing to learn more about the business and how to engage with costumers well as proper etiquette with other associates. The atmosphere is quite encouraging and although, there are different teams within the office, everyone works together to get better..

The job is commission based, and the hours are very demanding,but once you're there, you get used to it. Although, the setting is quite encouraging, you're always going to have those negative guys that may try to break your spirit, because let's face it; not everyone is happy all the time. These can be minute issues depending on whether or not you're easily moved or influenced by others.
