Pros
- The people: I am surrounded by incredibly sharp people. In addition, to being intelligent, my colleagues are kind, collaborative, and positive people, making the work very enjoyable. - The concept: We are innovating in an industry that has not seen much innovation in the past 10-15 years. - The culture: Collaborative, positive while allowing for honest and constructive feedback. In almost three years and a half at NewtonX, I have never noticed anything remotely close to office politics. This is rare and precious.
