Pros
In the early years NoIP was great. The first week was based on my training. It seemed like they did not have experience training people. But a few individuals took the time to part skills, knowledge, and procedures to me which was appreciated.
Cons
Few people doing massive action. When I was let go it was unclear as to how improvements could had been made. I thought it was some character flaw that they were unwilling to deal with. They gave me a fair opportunity to make improvements but no real path forward. It was as if the deck was already stacked against me.
