Very poor communication between departments. A cult like environment.Termination can happen at any time for no particular reason other than being privy to the not so pretty underbelly of the organization. Compassion is one of Omega's core values. When Omega feels that you have not sufficiently swallowed the "koolaid", you are given 24 hours to leave the premises with no warning.One is not allowed to return to the premises to visit friends or attend a paid participant workshop. Compassion seems at that point to have nothing to do with their core values.
