Senior Management trusts middle and lower management to get the job done. They are always there to assist and offer advice. Only in certain circumstances do they take a close handling approach. From the CEO, Tim Carter, down the organization is made up of top notch people ready to get the job done.

As a manager I have found myself overloaded with projects at times making it difficult to manage my areas.

Small hometown bank. Several locations (15)

No training on company procedures and no one is willing to help you. Their attitude is that you are a thorn in their side if you ask questions. When you cannot get procedural answers to your questions. They want to write you up for not knowing the answers. Going to the HR or upper management is a joke. I had many disturbing occurrences documented and they did not want to hear any of it. I did have one upper management person ask me to keep documenting information for her. She said she would be getting back to me about these concerns. She never contacted me again. This bank has no team organization. If you are not part of the click you will be forced out. I would not wish this experience on my worst enemy. Steer clear.
