The company has potential, but unfortunately they are working with a mindset where everyone is expendable. The company has let go of some great employees for no reason.

Your job is not secure! You are there for a little amount of time. The HR team is diabolical. Lack of DEI with in the business.

Great people and culture that strikes a good balance of laid back yet productive and motivating. The work is interesting and everyone is excited about finding the best solutions to problems. Management seems to listen to feedback and is transparent with employees. Everyone, management included, seems to have a growth mindset and recognizes that the company is constantly growing and evolving. No one is too set in their ways and just wants to find the best way forward.

Priorities change quickly and can take a long time to solidify. Benefits and pay could also be better, but have been improving!
