Pros
Osmind is truly the best, everyone on the team is super passionate, thoughtful, encouraging and impressive. I've felt that Osmind has really valued my growth and learning as an engineer and in little time I've felt that I have made a big impact. Despite (currently) being a smaller company, there is a lot of effort put into making the culture seem very established and 'legit' - from weekly happy hours, unnecessary perks, company gifts and a strong emphasis on different social and bonding activities, I've felt very taken care of and happy to be part of this team! I'm genuinely very impressed with Osmind, the positive and important mission, how quickly it's growing, and the culture they've created and I'm really proud to be a part of it!
Cons
Theres a lot of grit, thoughtfulness and independent thinking required at a company of this size especially on the engineering team (which I don't necessarily but some may see as a con), so if that doesn't sound like you I wouldn't recommend this team at least while we're still growing.
