The exploitive and manipulative nature of the executive director has created an almost 75% turn over in a single year. Your safety is not taken seriously you will be working with people with severe mental and emotional health issues many of whom have violent criminal pasts Mr. Tibbles, ED, will not allow you to stand your ground and have good boundaries with people. Due to the high turn over you are left working alone with up 80 people at a time and if you're a case manager, your case load can be over 100 people. Executive director takes weeks off at a time and is on site minimally, if there is an emergency he is no where to be found. He manipulates his employees to turn them all against each other. Having been working for over 30 years, this is by far the worst management I have ever dealt with.
