I learned a ton in my time with the company. The opportunity to have a say in my department and have access to "decision makers" was wonderful. I had the opportunity to work for an amazing manager, but that didn't make up for the fact we were bleeding talent. You speak with CEO's and leaders of major companies and build a huge network that can carry you for your career. Also, I worked with some amazing co-workers that were not only incredibly smart, but really good people that I will stay in contact with.

There has been a major talent exodus since 2012. The "management" has been non-existent for about 18 months. They don't listen to employee complaints and rule (yes, I used the word rule) with fear. The grievances, needs to understand that they are only as good as their employees. Do not work analysts and consultants 80 hours a week, pay said employees on closed deals (they don't) and incentivize the business development team with comp plans that can net them the kind of money that the talent it takes to sell consulting projects equates to.
