NONE. Worked 10 yrs. here (due to my refusal to lie to callers to keep them on phone was suddenly let go--"per min. call avg too low"); I'm finally free .
Cons
Very Slow call volume. PPN was always an extremely slow line. Pay was always poor and became worse in 2017 early 2018--(for ALL advisors) they cut the pay.
Was let go after 10 yrs. 9/17/18 putting up with their slow and no calls, petty mgt. games etc. . Calls were always limited and sporadic. 95% calls were (5 min.) promo calls even though had 97% great reviews by clients (SPG Solutions the parent co.). PPN decided to adapt what MANY psychic lines have done & still do (though, not all of them): Give the lowest per min. pay rates (10 to 15 cents, if lucky 20 c, maybe 30 c--if exceptional 40 c - that's extremely rare!) pay; the sudden "(too) low per min call average" due to refusal to lie and exploit callers in order to keep them on phone as long as possible, to:
A) bring more $ to PPN (& parent co.) and the "group leader(s)/mgr(s).";
B) hopefully, (despite the consistently low call volumes - for many years!) increase one's (advisor/reader) per minute call average -in order to avoid the low pay per min. rates pay given (to advisor) - reduced to 10 & 15 cents per talk min. (if lucky MAY get 20 cents). If Advisors don't spin long tales of lies etc; to keep caller on phone, after awhile, ALL these select Advisors above described, are suddenly and instantly terminated.
C) The Advisors-get this -have NO IDEA what the actual "per minute call average rate is/was" --the minimum allowed, to even know if they (advisor) met the minimum required avg. at least. They (advisors) were never told what it is/was.
D) Advisor pay reduced to under 20 cents per min (10 and 15 cents) if didn't have the per min call avg **PER CALL also. It was, and is, quite typical of incompetent, bad mgt. and owners etc; run businesses. This is especially notorious, and prevalent, in the psychic industry (psychic networks etc;).
**** Their biggest problem ALWAYS WAS and STILL IS (to date , whether still work there or not): They -PPN etc; NEVER had enough volume of clients/ calls, in the 10 yrs. worked for them (despite 97% high ratings). Always had to work (aside from own private work) other lines -at same time- to compensate for PPN lack of volume, to keep busy (when not doing own business).
