Open door policy is really true can walk right into the CEO's office and have a conversation about anything. Great management across the board. Paid time off and easy to work with when it comes to using it.

The only limitation with Parts Now is the career advancement opportunity is not really there but it is something they are working to fix. Other than that Parts Now is a great company to work for.

About 6 weeks ago a new CEO was put into place, things are so much better than they used to be. People are being promoted and the right staff is finally in the right roles. There's a lot to be done but the company is finally on the right path - rewarding people and lifting morale and truly caring about customers.

There's still work to be done, however if you enjoy making a difference at a grass-roots level this is your opportunity to shine. It's fast-paced and no two days are the same. There are still a few nay-sayers but I find that to be true at all companies. Some people are better left ignored.
