Pros
Small Restaurant. High check average, nice earning potential in few hours. Manager is awesome and goes to bat for you. Co-workers great
Cons
Owner is crazy and makes all employees crazy. Constantly walking on eggshells. Poor communication in reference to company expectations. Restaurant is toy to crazy lady that owns it, probably bought by husband to keep her out of his hair and give her something to do. In short time I was there, she hired and fired at least 5 people.
