Politics is rarely is a topic of conversation on our phone calls. Not a con!!

Strong technical leadership and supportive management. Leadership cares about both company success and employee well-being. The pace is fast and engaging without being overwhelming, and work-life balance is genuinely good. The team collaborates exceptionally well, works hard, and still enjoys working together, which makes it possible to accomplish a great deal. Management is also flexible when personal needs come up, whether that means adjusting schedules or working remotely when needed.

PTO could be more competitive compared with some companies, particularly for employees coming from organizations with more generous leave policies. Some office amenities could be improved (the coffee could be better, and the office tends to run cold). Like many organizations, internal communication and collaboration are not always perfect.
