      Pros

      How many people can say that they enjoy getting up in the morning to go to work? Well, I am one of them! I love my job because I feel valued. Patriot treats you like family, not another number like most companies do.

      Great salary. Good WLB. Great opportunity for the impact at a growing company that matches my values.

      No work from home option. Benefits are a bit lacking (I.e. no 401k match)

      Great company goals and CEOs. Good pay. Work from home.

      Middle management has a control issue. Reviews are not timely. You can work hard, or not hard, it will most likely net you the same review.
