Pros
In general things run smoothly, as an entry level job its among the best in the region as far as options for the technically inclined. The perks are worth noting here.
Cons
Policies are antiquated, and pay is laughable. You do not feel like a part of something bigger, in fact you are more of a nuisance to anyone with a higher pay-grade. Some aspects of the job are grossly over managed, while others which are more important don't receive any attention at all.
