It's an early stage startup. You do real work and learn a lot. I didn't know how difficult picovoice products or voice ai in general. the team is smart, work really hard and funny. it was great to be part of the team. I'm rooting for picovoice.

It's an early stage startup. The expectations are high and people somehow deliver. It's hard to keep up and not to have imposter syndrome. I always wanted to see investment banking and startup before graduation. Although one of the alums told "if you expect work-life balance, don't go to a startup or investment banking" I thought i was gonna play foosball at startup and party at IB internships. Hollywood kept failing me.

- Job description did not match what I actually did - Zero community in the office, nobody spoke to each other - Lacks gender diversity - Asked to do extremely monotonous work and was critisized when you couldn't finish a task in an impossible time frame
