Pros

Very flexible schedule, that is all I can think of for the required amount of words for this question.

Cons

Only work Apr - Oct (seasonal) Work in a warehouse with bad equipment, bad tables/broken chairs to sit on for 8 hours a day. Co-workers were fairly rude at least the ones that had been there awhile thought they were all that.. If you aren't involved in sports, specifically wresting of some sort, you were basically ignored and worthless also if you weren't beautiful enough. I wonder how some of these employees would react in the real world of work.

Pros

Co-workers are fantastic. There is no dress code. They are pretty flexible about what time you get in, but you are expected to work 15 hour days 7 days a week in April, but can have unlimited time off in winter... in fact you get all winter off.. unpaid

Cons

Will be asked to do unethical things, no management structure, Work in a warehouse, Work non-stop April-October, then let go over winter. Only room for raise if you are high up, I was taken care of, but saw many hard working co-workers stuck at $10 because they were seen as disposable despite being a necessary part of the company. No chance for success for this company, it will crash soon.
