Pros
I have worked for this company since I was 16 and I am now 21. I can easily say that I have learned more about how to treat customers/clients, coworkers, superiors, and even myself than I have in any other educational environment. This restaurant group has made me who I am today and I am so grateful to be repeatedly welcomed back in to this caring and family-like environment throughout all of my college degrees and second jobs. I have never encountered more understanding and empathetic management and ownership.
Cons
While a fast-paced work environment can seem like a con at times, I find myself continually grateful in the long run. There have been nights that I have left so stressed out from the sheer quantity of business, but I genuinely feel like this has allowed me to think critically and adapt to every single context of my life. I am currently working on my master's degree and can attribute the majority of my social skills, stress/time management skills, customer service skills, and overall communication skills to what I have learned while working for the Prawnbroker Restaurant Group.
