Pros
If you want a high paced, highly focused company that is extremely target driven and if you work hard and prepare well and give 200% your will be rewarded financially and be a valued. If you want to learn hard sales skills that you can take anywhere or if you want to grow Prysm group is amazing. Perfect it is not but I have found management to be kind and gracious. We work hard and people most of the team are great I work for the Leisure,Tourism and Hospitality World Expo’s and our MD is very approachable and is more than fair.
Cons
The pressure is hard and it will keep you focused. We are always looking for the next deal and we don’t always celebrate the everyday If you have a poor work and a sense of entitlement ethic Prysm will be very hard for you. Sometime tough things need to be said. Don’t be late for work , like ever (it is a pet peeve of the MD) Music - new play lists please
