Thank You for this feedback in October 2021. I am really sorry to hear that you clearly had a bad experience. 2020 and 2021 were particularly difficult years for everybody during the pandemic (including business Owners) and like many companies, we had to make some very difficult decisions. Our recruitment freeze during the pandemic did make things even tougher than usual for a relatively recent start-up as we continued to develop our products and deliver to customers with a comparatively small team.
I am really sorry to hear about the issues you seem to have had with payroll - I've never heard of this ever happening for permanent employees (although I have seen this occasionally with subcontractors where late payment has occurred after an invoice query).
We have a new CEO (Rajan Pandhare - linkedin.com/in/rpandhare) with an incredible background and we give all new candidates the opportunity to talk to Rajan before they make their final decision. Rajan has taken on-board all employee feedback, including the glassdoor reviews, and along with myself (Gary Chandler - linkedin.com/in/g4rych4ndler) has set about to improve the culture and working environment at QiO. Hopefully we will start to see the fruits of our labours in future reviews.
On the "product" side of things, in December 2021, and then in April 2022, we introduced two major releases that added massive 'no-code' functionality to the "product". Now that we can recruit again after the pandemic, we have also created a dedicated "Customer Delivery" team who instantiate the product for our clients, ensuring that our developers can solely focus on continuing to develop product features. We are happy to show the ease of product use to any candidates during the interview process, to check our products & clients align with candidates expectations of the areas they would like to work in.
Regards, Gary Chandler (CTO)
