Pros
There were some very awesome people to work with at QDI. I appreciated the skills of many of my co-workers. I felt great camaraderie with several people in my department and even with several outside of my department. Oh and they had an on-site gym you could use for free.
Cons
I will admit that when I first started there, I really enjoyed the company, but as certain people were promoted and people were moved around or the good management left and the latest HR department was added, it went very downhill. Certain members of upper management are awful, I know for a fact that they degraded employees behind their backs and really had no place leading individuals. Horrible benefits, health insurance was a joke. Made a lot promises of growth, but never delivered. They severely underpay employees for the jobs that they do. I'm not too sure that the HR department knows what they are doing because if you make a complaint you were made to feel like you were in the wrong or it was just ignored. I also feel that there were bad ethics going on. QDI is just really not a good place to be. Stay clear away, whether you want to work for or with them.
