Quest Trust Response
4yWe appreciate you taking the time to provide your feedback and are sorry that your experience at Quest Trust Company did not meet your expectations. We take feedback like this very seriously and it is never our goal to make our employees feel as though we do not care, as we truly value each and every one of our employees across all departments and levels. We know that our company works like a machine, with every employee playing a crucial role in the success of our company. It is always our goal to acknowledge hard work where it is earned, offering bonuses or other rewards as often as we can. We appreciate your feedback on pay. There are lots of factors reviewed when considering pay adjustments, including market research, internal pay equity, candidates experience and background. We encourage all employees to reach out to our HR department if they have a concern. We take the work/life balance of our employees seriously, and never wish to make our employees feel overworked. Our hiring efforts remain a high priority and look forward to increase our number of employees, hopefully decreasing the workload some of our staff may be feeling. We are taking these comments regarding upper management seriously and hate to hear that people feel this way. While we always do our best to leave our problems at the door, we know that our employees and managers are still real people and may not always be having the best day every day. We have to understand we are all human. As we grow, we continue to do all we can to show employees our gratitude. We may not be able to offer as much as some other companies, but we are always finding ways to show our appreciation in many forms, like bonuses or additional paid time off. Last year, we did ask our employees to provide their feedback to Quest, resulting in quite a few reviews at once – many positive, we found. We can assure you that these were honest reviews provided by real employees. We apologize for any experiences you’ve had with managers that have made you feel this way. While we know our executive participate in many meetings during the day, we do our best to always remain available for communication. This year, we’re focused on rolling out a management training program that will help our managers grow to be the best leaders they can be. We provide 10 days of paid vacation and an additional 48 hours for paid time off, and we always work with those who have families in order to help accommodate everyone’s lifestyle, allowing flexible schedules and maintaining a modified work from home policy. In the event an employee has to stay late to finish something, employees working over 40 hours will always be compensated accordingly. We know not everyone is perfect and mistakes will be made, and our supervisors never resort to a write up without having a conversation with our employees first, always doing our best to set fair expectations. When something requires further disciplinary action, all employees have the right to agree or disagree, as we want everyone to feel heard. Thank you for the feedback.
