Pros

The training staff was willing and helpful.

Cons

Where to begin? Pay was way below industry average, turnover was high, if someone in the next state quit, you would be told to cover their territory. Hundreds, if not thousands of additional miles to drive with little compensation. There business model seems to be: low-ball the fees to insurance companies and pay the field adjusters as little as possible.. The hours are long, the demands made by the company can be intolerable and the pay is around minimum wage when you calculate your hours and expenses.

Changes to the company over 6 months have been good. Culture is getting better. More emphasis on teamwork.

Cons

Benefits. Micromanaging is still happening but improved.
