Pros
The website is extremely easy to navigate, the people who work directly for Reflik have been exceptionally friendly, helpful, and easy to work with. If you put in the work with them - they do the same for you to make sure you're getting placements. I've gotten to work on positions with companies that I normally wouldn't be able to - and although I do have experience recruiting for most of these job titles and responsibilities I've gotten to learn quite a bit about what specific companies look for and the niche tech stacks/skills that stand out in fields I'm not used to working in. Even if you're not interested in most of the job descriptions on Reflik, it's still interesting to see what the process looks like and take a stab at a few things outside of your wheelhouse. It's a well-developed system for new and experienced recruiters alike with a solid team to back you up should you need advice in staying on the right track. I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience thus far (close to a year of freelancing), and don't think I'll stop using the platform anytime soon.
Cons
Being a people person it does sometime stink to not be in the same office space as the people you work with and be around your coworkers - but that can honestly be a pro as well a lot of the time.
