Some really great people to work with. Lots of fun when it gets slow. Drive lots of nice cars. Meeting new customers from all walks of life daily. Very challenging type of sales you will learn a lot from.
Cons
Worked every Saturday and all holidays but Xmas and Thanksgiving. They gave all the gravy internet leads and long time dealership customers to two guys. The rest of the sales people have to chase people in the parking lot with no taking turn system. Manufacturers kept changing compensation plans on the cars making it worse and worse for sales. They high pressure and abuse the customers in the loan office trying to sell ridiculous things the customer doesn't need or can get WAY cheaper elsewhere. This kills your Customer Service Survey and pay. To be fair most of these problems are at every car dealership.
