Pros
The people at the company who are carrying out the work are great. They're knowledgeable about their work and care about having the impact that the mission states they've set up to accomplish.
Cons
This has easily been the worst "leadership" team I've ever worked under. There is zero foresight, attention to detail, or utilization of feedback from clients or fellow teammates.
There is a sense of "team first" which in this case has led to VP's and C Suites only going as far as to look out for each other but not the best interests of the company or clients, and belittling anyone who dares to identify this pattern. Now that changes are being made, it is being executed so poorly that the company is now down to a couple dozen staff, from 100+ a little over a year ago. There is no admission of misdirection or clear path to success. This experience has been a masterclass in what to avoid at a company.
