Pros
It's a wonderful place to get your start in the service industry. The fellow employees feel like a family, the regulars are consistent and generous, and the owner is a down to earth boss who has everyone's best interest in mind. We were given yearly raises and opportunities to move up/around based on merit and interest. I highly reccomend Road 34.
Cons
The only con I can consider is that you will be working late nights as a bartender or door guy.
