Tough industry changes to online and clean looks made it a volatile

Most of the employees are good people

here's a list: General: -Low Pay -No training or clear definition of job titles and duties -Run like a sweatshop mentality. (pretty sure there's some labor laws being broken) -All things TEAMWORK is discouraged -ZERO career advancement... -Expect the world from employees with ZERO in return. (Christmas bonuses are non existent regardless of company growth -Company will spend millions to maintain appearances but will not give pay increases to employees or update office equipment (Everything from the furniture to the computers are at least 10years old and I'm pretty sure they're using illegal software as NOTHING works like it should) Owner: -Has no grasp of reality of how long or what things actually take to get done -Has no respect for employees (word has it that he's sleeping one of the employees) -has no consistency in opinion (Something bad today, will be the greatest thing tomorrow & Vice Versa) -Takes all credit and no responsibility This is a company that milks their employees dry and cuts them loose. There are no long term employees here outside of a couple on the administration side.
