Pros
A great group of people to go to work with every day. Excellent benefits and perks to working at a jewellery store. There is always new training workshops and online courses to improve your knowledge of brands and sales techniques. Love the internal incentive programs where if you perform you win bonuses, jewellery and trips! Always opportunities for raises and advancement.
Cons
High expectations to train and always be growing but this isn't a bad thing to those who like to learn and be challenged. Extra hours required during peak times like Valentines and Christmas but this is expected in any jewellery/retail store.
