Retail challenges, lots of weekends

Somewhat relaxed environment, very clean and well kept. Due to the size of the store and sales area to cover, you're sure to get plenty of exercise. The company offers a very generous employee discount on just about anything in the store. The company hires local police officers to provide security and traffic support on weekends. Meals are provided during large holiday sales events.

Salary is a little more than 1/2 of what was promised at interview time. Benefits package is pricy for the insurance options offered. Due to the depressed economy, some mild to moderate fighting occurs between salespeople on an irregular basis.
