      My direct supervisor was always helpful and kind. I had a great variety of things to do.

      Cons

      It’s a 13 year old company so it has challenges like any other 13 year old company. The key to surviving in its culture is to make sure that your impact\actions align well with management vision on a weekly basis.

      Very family oriented and helpful towards employees. Good pay

      Cons

      No much advancement in the operator position. Not to much transparency between management and regular employees.
