It's the worst company I have worked for. I mainly dealt with Ramanaidu Kantubuktha aka Rana. Till hiring, he is very sweet but once you are hired he doesn't care about the employee at all. They don't have any direct client so one ends up working 3-4 layers down. If you are not on a project, he doesn't pay nor does he entertain your calls/E-mails. Even when on project, salary processing is never on time. I always got my salary 2-3 months after the month end that too after multiple follow ups. Even the salary was around 30% lesser than what was mentioned in the offer letter (and I am not talking about tax deduction, the gross salary I was paid was 30% lesser). Many a times he won't pick up the call. Even if he picks up, he will talk rudely and disconnect the phone without listening. Finding a project itself is very difficult and you end up being on unpaid bench for a long time without any employer support.
