- The office is located in the outskirts of Bangalore, if you could get a place to stay nearby or you already stay there it saves you the commute. - You get your paychecks in time. - Since it is a startup you may get the opportunity to work on latest technologies. Other than this there are no pros which help you in building your career.

- It is a technology startup run by one person as a kirana shop. - There are completly unprofessional in the way they manage the company. - Be prepared to listen to one person's opinions masqueraded as the judicious opinion of a board of directors. - Prepare yourself to listen to hour longs lectures in which MD claims he knows every influential person on the earth. - Employees are abused like anything. If you are a fresher and don't know how an employee is treated in the software industry you will be treated as dirt (May be that is the reason no experienced person has ever joined this firm). - Don't expect transperancy, accountability from the management. If you are a free spirit and raise any questions be prepared to get your career spoiled or worst get threatened physically. - It is a suicide mission to join this company as an intern. You will have to sweat like a slave, eat your pride and face humiliation everyday for nothing.

Did my internship here. All is good. The management has two key people - a lady and an open source developer turned manager, actually who are couples. They were both quite supportive and helpful. In fact, I did my first ever real project here that made me learn many things about Android. Writing my review here as the lone comment here seemed to be quite farfetched. Pros: They work on good technology, you get to learn plenty. The office is located nearer to the NICE road which made my commute easier. The timings were quite flexible when I was doing my internship there. Not sure about now. We used to play table tennis in the evenings, lunch breaks and enjoyed our time here.

The office is located almost on the periphery of the city, which makes the commute tough (thanks to NICE road, I didn't have that problem!). Do not expect an MNC like work environment. You'll be kept on your toes with daily reports and frequent follow-ups. I hated writing daily reports, but then honestly that did improve my English a lot.
