Pros

You barely get paid more than minimum wage. Semi-decent way to get your foot in the door for future technical support / IT roles. The company is stable and doing well with sales to many retail and online outlets.

Cons

Terrible work environment, if you can't stand uncleanliness, disorganization, overall messiness, then you won't enjoy working here. You'll be doing more than Technical Support, be prepared to work other duties such as warehouse. There is hardly any quality control on their products, so be prepared to answer a lot of calls about defective products. Don't expect any chance to advance your position. Also, there are no real breaks offered by management, expect to work 9 hours straight next to your phone.

Pros

They're very flexible and open in testing and implementing new technology that may improve productivity and efficiency if it's within their budget. You have the freedom to handle your tasks any way you'd like as long as they're completed within the shortest possible time frame.

Cons

They do not offer any medical, dental, vision, or retirement plan. They often change the way things are done within the company as you work along. Employee who couldn't keep up with the constant changes or work slower than rest of the group are usually let go shortly.
