Pros
The summer program is an exciting opportunity for young woman in their teens. There wasn't a dull day during my time at Sadie Nash. We were responsible for making space and creating fun activities for the young woman.
Cons
The hours were demanding, for an internship we were working from 8:00am to 7:00pm, it felt like a full-time job. The culture was slightly toxic, while they promoted inclusivity, openness, and accountability, I often felt a disconnect and afraid to speak up/
