      Pros

      The customers were always kind and amazing! And my fellow co-workers were fun to work with.

      Cons

      Pay was horrible....you could make more money as a cashier at Dunkin, Starbucks, Saxby's, or as a student aide at Tempe University. The owner (CEO) treated his staff horribly and had no clue how to run a food establishment. Employee/Cafe policies were always changing and erratic. The menu was constantly changing, and a lot of items were inconsistently stocked, plus the food never looked fresh and was way over priced for what it was.

      Pros

      The place is very nice and comfortable. The walls are a bright green and orange. Great food, if made correctly, and has a variety of selections, more than the other places on campus offers, of flavors, paninis, burgers, etc. Great place to chat and study.

      Cons

      The manager is ignorant at times.

      Not getting paid enough for work done No appreciation for work done No respect Constant drama Expectations too high for little pay Raises stopped all together even when moved to a higher position
