There aren't any, if you come here for a job with comparable benefits and a professional atmosphere go somewhere else.
Cons
This company is a family-run company, that is headed by an adult-child who does not know how to treat the employees who aren't related to him like garbage.
The job you are hired for is the one you will get and then they will pile on more and more responsibilities and you will not be compensated for it, there is no overtime, the yearly bonus is laughable, and if you get a raise, you are guilted about asking for one, there is no yearly review, no HR department, and you will know every single day that they do not care about their employees.
The benefits offered are horrible. 12 days off, that is all you get ever. The health benefits are atrocious because the company owner wants to look good in his community and goes with a broker who overcharges so much and the employees pay the price for this. For most, half of your pay will go to paying for health insurance and every year the price keeps going up and the owners could care less about the amount of money the workers have to pay.
The morale in the company is horrible, everyone is over-stressed, everyone is underpaid, and like I said it is not worth working here. I hope you find something better and do not have to deal with this place.
