They are hyper aggressive with everyone they deal. If that's what you want in an agency, then go for it

Sales is more about listening not talking at a fast pace to close a deal as quickly as possible. This is suited for mediocre starter sales roles, but not for more experienced sales. They are very rude and abrasive. They don't care about you, you're just a number to them. Wouldn't trust a word they say as they just want a deal done and move on
