The people are decent enough, which is the only reason I didn't leave sooner. That's about it.

There's literally no path forward here for anyone who actually cares about getting better. You're not learning new tech, you're not getting exposed to different projects or challenges, you just maintain the same code and do the same tasks month after month which honestly gets old past. I asked multiple times about growth opportunities and got vague answers that never materialized into anything concrete. Meanwhile I'm watching peers at other companies level up their skills and move into more interesting work while I'm still in the exact same place, which is depressing. The company seems to think just paying you is enough, like there's no responsibility to actually develop your team's capabilities or give them a reason to stay. After two years of stagnation it became clear this place doesn't invest in people.
