Pros
Working with the 2N program in Utah, was very fulfilling. Food can be ordered and new equipment with the 2N "shop, cord, tarps, toiletries, gloves, etc. Team works together to accomplish unit goal and individual goals as well. Working with the therapists was also extremely rewarding in on itself, and sometimes i got to meet and work with the founders themselves. Great training. Great health insurance, dental, and 401k plan.
Cons
Not enough medical overview for staff, some would get sick and have nothing to help them recover but hot food and sleep. Medic team was amazing, but some staff did not take time to help themselves. Camping on certain terrain that could be very dangerous in times of hard rain or hail, although teams managed to make do and work around such endeavors.
