Cons
When purchased by Colibri, it slowly became a terrible place to work. Their culture reeks of cult and was such a bad fit for STC. True management is non-existent. They have no idea what they are doing but put on your smiley face and act as if you're on board with senseless decisions. Employees are bitterly unhappy with stress levels off the roof primarily from having to meet unrealistic goals, being overworked and processes that don't work. Customer satisfaction has taken a nose dive because of substandard quality and services which used to be top notch. They continually eliminate valuable employees and expect alreay overworked employees to handle the overflow. Sales is the ONLY thing that matters with a sales team that changes by the hour. Customers are confused AF. Don't expect bonuses, raises or a long term career. So glad I am out of here.
