Cons. Literally. Send pictures of Govt ID, SSN, and pretty much everything you need to impersonate you or worse.... Horrible security posture, there is no need for your SSN until you are hired. Likely attempted breach originated here. Shouldn't be using it as a UniqueID for their system or verification.
