      Pros

      Pay is decent for Work-at-Home.

      Cons

      - You cold-call elderly people all day. They continue to get the calls even after they've said no multiple times. - Most management is clueless - Script forces you to be rude and pushy, you are disciplined if you arent pushy enough - Signifyhealth operates in a medicare loophole, should be closed and made illegal.

          Pros

Very nice colleagues who genuinely care about the customers they serve and their patients.

          Cons

Signify is a disaster. Signify is the perfect example of a "could have been a great thing". They have a lot of potential but fail in every way possible. A lot of people are being continuously laid off and this has been a repeated problem for more than a year. Signify in a way was taped together. Several companies were brought together to give the appearance that something grand was happening to make Signify more appealing to another company (CVS). It's an unfortunate situation for companies that were acquired by Signify. It seems like those companies operated better when they were operating as their own entity before Signify acquired them. The executive team is setting this up for a win for them but not so much for the rest of their employees. Signify could have been great but it's a business at the end of it all and that's where the focus is, and that's the problem with healthcare. Leadership at Signify needs an overhaul quickly. They're good storytellers and that's obvious if they were able to get acquired by CVS, but it's like a book that has pages that got stuck together. You don't always get the full story until you go back and peel the pages apart and realize the story isn't really what you thought it was going to be.

        Interview Tips

Feel free to post any interview questions you might be asked and I’ll help you compose an effective response :)

Got booted from my former position about 4 years ago, which I LOVED. I have the impression I was "kept" in sympathy. Now that I have my feet beneath me, I feel like I'm running in place. Over the past 2 years, I've probably applied for about 100 positions in other departments. True, a few were unlikely moonshots, but for the most part I didn't misrepresent myself. Am I the world's worst interviewer? Otherwise.. shouldn't I have been accepted elsewhere, by choice?

        Administrative Assistant

I haven't worked since Jan. 2020 when my job as administrative assistant for the Hospitalist group was eliminated. I can't begin to count the number of applications submitted, interviews I've had, jobs that I was told were mine then they weren't, etc. Several jobs have fallen through or not panned out. I am not a job hopper and want to stay where I go. I have a zoom interview tomorrow for a front desk receptionist position at an oral surgeon's office. Any interview tips are appreciated.

Hey all, I’m looking for advice on program manager hypothetical interviews such as: “what would you do if X happened?” Is there a particular thing or core value that Bloomberg looks for? Thanks!
