Pros
- Worked here for a couple of years at Head Office in Melbourne. 99.9% of the people I work with a great. It's nice to have a few laughs throughout the day and people are genuinely helpful. I wouldn't expect to get along with everyone as it's a big national company but the vast majority are great. - If you work at Head Office they have a free on-site cafe. I save about $2,000 a year from that alone! I've also gotten awesome discounts on flooring, carpet and blinds thanks to our suppliers (like, 40% off in some cases), which really helped me out when I was renovating.
Cons
- The company has been through some pretty big changes over the past couple of years. Maybe that's how it is with most public companies, not sure. Sometimes change is good because it stops things from getting stale but some people don't adapt well to change either. - If you work at Head Office and have to drive the parking is pretty expensive.
