Pros
Old serving staff are nice, most colleagues are helpful and understands current Singpost problems. No office politics depending on which department you are from.
Cons
Group CEO only knows how to cut cost instead of solving problems. Organisation morale at all time low, and they are still cutting manpower when it is already just bones and skin situation. Management have no clue on what they are doing. Management have no balls to take responsibility for changes and thus just doing the same old things which fail. No sense of ownership for management. Birds of a feather flocks together, like what the current management is, incompetent. Previous group CEO was better.
