Pros
Everyone comes to work excited about their job. People really care about their coworkers and like to help out whenever they can. Unlimited PTO and retirement matching is great. They also pay 90% or so of health insurance premiums for the employees which is great. Managers are really helpful and want you to succeed.
Cons
Top management has no direction. We have changed directions / goals multiple times in the past two years. Constantly shifting priorities is annoying and doesn't make us look good to customers. Top management cares more about making money than making positive changes to keep their customers happy - if it's not going to bring in more revenue it's usually not a priority. Poor planning led to a round of layoffs in 2023. Line of promotion is not clear.
