We’re in process of better managing our internal communications and agree with you that there is always room for improvement in flowing information downstream.
Our managers are required to take management courses as a part of their annual goals and will be actively training to improve as people managers. Slavic promotes on-going education and training and has a continuing education reimbursement policy to encourage this. We want the best for our employees and with that is on-going education.
