      Pros

      Casual environment, other than that it is very scattered. They are trying to get it together but it is a slow going.

      Cons

      Just doesn't have much of a backbone, there isn't enough money in the company to stay up on salary, purchase orders and etc.

      High quality apparel Manufacture direct pricing so save customer money Unique designs/ options- for instance we offer customer backpacks and knee pads, sublimated bikinis and warmups- none of our competitors do that. Faster delivery than competition. Great work environment.

      The Smack brand is under new ownership now. We are launching state of the art systems aimed at better service and faster delivery.
